Ingredients
  • 3cups Cooked Chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2cups Apples, diced (about 3 small apples)
  • 1cup Celery, diced (about 3 celery stalks)
  • 1/2cup Tomatoes, diced
  • 2cups Red Grapes, halved
  • 1small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1ripe mango, diced
  • 6-8tablespoons Wildly Organic Mayonnaise
  • 1/2teaspoon Wildly Organic Pink Himalayan Salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, add the chicken, apples, celery, tomatoes, grapes, mango, and red onion.
  2. Add the mayo and salt and mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Add extra salt and mayonnaise if needed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
