Looking for a high-energy snack that is healthy, nutritious, and child-friendly?

These high-energy Mango Granola Bars are great for a post-workout reward or an after-school snack that will give you or your kids energy without experiencing a sugar crash. Made with only organic natural ingredients, these no-bake Mango Granola Bars are very healthy and nutritious. They are so easy to make! You don’t need to turn the oven on or use other electric appliances such as a blender or a food processor.

These high-energy Mango Granola Bars are made with high quality organic ingredients from Wildly Organic:

Wildly Organic Dried Mangoes are organic, high in vitamins A and C, and a good source of calcium. I love Wildly Organic Mangoes because they don’t contain any other ingredients like additional sweetener or artificial chemicals, contained by most dried mangoes on the market. They also taste amazing and have a vibrant color. These mangoes can be a snack on their own. My kids love to eat them plain.

Wildly Organic Almonds are very nutritious. They are high in protein, vitamin E, and magnesium. Wildly Organic Almonds are soaked to release the phytic acid that interferes with mineral absorption and then dehydrated at low temperatures, maintaining their nutritional value.

Wildly Organic Pumpkin Seeds are raw and dried at low temperatures. There is no salt added to them, which makes them a great healthy snack on their own. They are great source of Zinc, Magnesium, and Copper.

Wildly Organic Sunflower Seeds are also soaked and dried at low temperatures to maintain their nutrients. They are packed with vitamins and minerals like vitamins B6 and E, Magnesium, Copper, Manganese, and Selenium.

Wildly Organic Coconut Flakes are dehydrated at low temperatures, maintaining their flavor and nutritional value. Most coconut flakes in the stores (even the healthier versions) are made from desiccated coconut that has been soaked in corn syrup, propylene glycol, and sodium metabisulfite to preserve it. Wildly Organic Coconut Flakes are a premium and superior product.

Wildly Organic Chia Seeds are organic high quality seeds that are high in protein, iron, and calcium. These seeds are truly an amazing super-food, offering amazing benefits to our health. They offer a great energy boost while lowering blood sugar.

Wildly Organic Coconut Syrup tastes amazing and has a caramel-like flavor. It’s made by simmering the sap of a coconut tree until it thickens. This coconut syrup is a great natural sweetener and a pleasant alternative to honey, molasses, or maple syrup.

Wildly Organic Almond Butter is made from high quality raw almonds. It’s packed with vitamins and minerals, while being a great source of protein and fiber. This almond butter tastes amazing on its own, offering a great creamy texture.

These high-energy Mango Granola Bars are perfect for people with food allergies; they are gluten-free, dairy-free, and they can be made nut-free by excluding the almonds and by replacing the almond butter with sunflower butter. In addition, they are also vegan-friendly, and a great nutritious snack for someone that follows a plant-based diet.

These high-energy Mango Granola Bars are delicious, healthy, and nutritious. Made with only organic natural ingredients, these no-bake Mango Granola Bars are great for a post-workout reward or an after-school snack that will give you or your kids energy without experiencing a sugar crash.
Instructions
  1. Line an 8” x 8” dish with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the dried mangoes into small pieces, and add them to a bowl.
  3. Using a knife or food processor, roughly chop the almonds. Add them to the bowl with the mangoes.
  4. Add the pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and chia seeds to the bowl.
  5. In a small sauce pan, add the almond butter and coconut syrup. Warm the mixture over low heat for about 5 minutes, until melted and runny.
  6. Stir the heated almond butter and coconut syrup, and then pour over the nuts and seeds in the bowl.
  7. Mix thoroughly until all of the nuts, seeds, and mangoes are covered with the almond butter and coconut syrup mixture. You might need to use your hands.
  8. Transfer the mixture to the lined 8” x 8” dish, and press down firmly until it is all packed. Using a wet spatula and wet hands will help the granola mixture to not stick to your hands.
  9. Add to fridge for about 1 hour or until the granola mixture is cooled off. Cut 8 to 10 granola bars. You can store them at room temperature or in the fridge or freezer.
