You know that moment in the morning, after you’ve dragged yourself to the Magical Motivation Machine that brews Magical Motivational Juice?

The one where the Magical Motivation Juice crosses your lips and suddenly your day is looking up? Is it possible for that moment to get even more magical?

Yes, friends, it sure is.

Just add this creamy, dreamy, Dairy-Free White Chocolate Coffee Creamer into your Magical Motivation Juice. (Because a scrumptious creamer with healthy fat makes that cuppa coffee even better…)

How To Melt Cacao Butter

Raw cacao butter is the star ingredient in this white chocolate coffee creamer. This healthy, heavenly scented fat comes from cacao beans. It contains antioxidants and minerals like magnesium. Magnesium is a calming, relaxing mineral. Additionally, magnesium is a natural mood enhancer!

High heat is harmful to the healthy goodness contained within this dreamy natural fat. Therefore, it requires gentle melting over low heat, like in a double boiler. Lacking a double boiler, melting cacao butter in heat-safe bowl over a saucepan of boiling water works just as well.

As it melts, this opaque fat turns clear with a yellowish tint. Unfortunately, it does not keep its beautiful creamy, white color like if melting chocolate.

Dairy-Free White Chocolate Coffee Creamer

This creamy-dreamy creamer is sweetened naturally with Wildly Organic’s Coconut Syrup. If you prefer, you can use less coconut syrup, or leave it out altogether.

Alternatively, if you’re drinking coffee in mixed company — those who like sweet coffee and those who don’t — leave the coconut syrup out. Then, provide a bottle of coconut syrup or Wildly Organic’s Coconut Sugar for the sweet coffee-lovers in the house.

Once you’ve settled the sweetness debate, you’re ready to whip up a yummy treat! It’s basically liquid white chocolate… which practically guarantees a good morning!

Instructions
  1. In a double boiler, or a heat safe bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, gently melt the cacao butter.
  2. When melted, carefully transfer to a heat safe surface.
  3. Add the coconut milk powder and coconut syrup (if using) and whisk until smooth.
  4. Slowly whisk in the nut milk (or water) until completely incorporated.
  5. Store in the refrigerator and give it a shake before using.
Recipe Notes

The addition of nut milk helps keep the coconut flavor from being too prominent. If you love the idea of coconut and white chocolate, feel free to all water instead. It's still delicious!

I was skeptical that this would come together and not end up with hard little bits of white chocolate. I mixed everything in a silicone measuring cup which I put into a pan of hot water. It seized up a bit when I first added the coconut milk powder, (I also added a bit of collagen for protein, which could be why) but I put it back on the heat and kept stirring. It all blended together beautifully! Can’t wait for my coffee tomorrow morning!
