Make The Egg Yolk Mixture
  1. Remove the egg yolks from the halved hard cooked eggs and place into a bowl.
  2. Add mayo and ACV and mash together. You can also use a food processor or stick blender with a whisk attachment for smoother filling.
  3. Add curry blend and salt, adding more curry blend in small amounts if desired until you like the flavor.
Put It All Together
  1. Stuff each egg white half with some of the egg yolk mixture using a spoon, or if you want a fancier looking deviled egg use a piping bag with a fluted tip to fill the halves.
  2. Garnish, if desired, with a sprinkle of more curry blend or paprika, chopped green onion tops, fresh cilantro, etc.
Recipe Notes

If you add a lot of this curry blend your egg yolk mixture may need a little more mayo.

The Curry Blend makes around 4 tablespoons so you’ll have extra. Store in an airtight container with your other spices for use in other recipes too.
