These Coconut Cinnamon Almonds are a wonderfully delicious snack. Naturally sweetened with coconut syrup, they are a healthy gluten-free afternoon snack or a great addition to a party that will surely leave your guests wanting more.

  1. In a bowl add the the almonds, coconut syrup and cinnamon.
  2. Mix them together, until all the almonds are covered by the syrup.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the almonds to it. Spread them apart so they don’t stick together in one big bunch.
  4. Bake them at 350F for about 10-12 minutes, until the almonds are roasted. Watch them carefully so they don’t burn.
  5. Let them cool off for few minutes, before serving.
  6. They can be stored in an air-tight container, or a zippered baggie.
