These cinnamon roasted almonds are so easy to make. Toss the almonds with the coconut syrup and cinnamon and roast them in the oven for few minutes. You can add a touch of salt, if you want a sweet and salty treat. My children loved the salty combo the most. This is a great gluten-free vegan snack that even the kids can make.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl add the the almonds, coconut syrup and cinnamon.
  2. Mix them together, until all the almonds are covered by the syrup.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the almonds to it. Spread them apart so they don’t stick together in one big bunch.
  4. Bake them at 350F for about 10-12 minutes, until the almonds are roasted. Watch them carefully so they don’t burn.
  5. Let them cool off for few minutes, before serving.
  6. They can be stored in an air-tight container, or a zippered baggie.
