Cilantro Lime Shrimp
It’s grilling season! This cilantro lime shrimp recipe is simple and perfect for tacos, salad, or serve it up with your favorite side of veggies, rice, and beans.

Instructions
Squeeze the lime juice into a bowl. Then whisk in red pepper, garlic cloves, ginger, sea salt, black pepper, fresh cilantro, and avocado oil. Soak a handful of skewers.
Place peeled shrimp in a shallow dish. Pour Cilantro Lime marinade over the shrimp and allow it to marinate for 20-30. Place 5-6 shrimp, depending on size, on pre-soaked skewers. Place on a large plate.
When ready, grill shrimp to perfection and enjoy as a taco or with a side of rice and beans.
