With only 5-ingredients in these easy, peanut butter chocolate fat bombs and they make a tasty snack! Simple to make and with a classic flavor combo of chocolate and peanut butter, they’ll soon become a must-have. These Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs are both keto-friendly and vegan- a perfect way to work flavor into healthy eating.

These keto fat bombs are made with simple, healthy ingredients and loaded with fats. The addition of cacao butter not only adds a fat but also helps to keep the fat bombs together.

They also contain minimal sugars by using stevia instead of sugar. Stevia is a plant-based sugar substitute and a great one at that. Due to its potency, it means that you only need very little to make something super tasty.

How To Store The Chocolate PB Fat Bombs

These keto fat bombs can be stored in either the fridge or the freezer. While they will not freeze solid in the freezer (meaning you can still pop them into your mouth right from there!), they do taste better from the fridge.

Storing them in the fridge maintains their creamy, chocolate texture and makes them much more indulgent.

One thing to keep in mind though is the coconut oil. Because coconut oil is soft at room temperature, leaving these fat bombs out too long will cause them to melt slightly. Thus, they’re best eaten right out of the fridge.

A Great Grab ‘N Go Snack!

Use these fat bombs as a mid-day pick me up or an indulgence. Because they’re made with real-food ingredients and loaded with fats, they’re a great way to ward off cravings. Plus, they’re bite-sized! Similar to a two-bite brownie in which you can enjoy them quickly.

These easy peanut butter balls contain the perfect flavor combo of chocolate peanut butter and come out creamy, indulgent but healthy. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be difficult when you have snacks like this on hand

Instructions
  1. In a saucepan combine the cacao butter, coconut oil, and one tablespoon of the natural peanut butter over lower heat.
  2. Slowly melt the cacao butter. Do not turn the heat higher or the peanut butter will burn. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the cacao powder and 1/8 teaspoon of the stevia drops. Mix well.
  3. In silicone molds, portion half of the chocolate mixture into the molds filling them only halfway. Pop in the fridge for five minutes.
  4. Begin to warm up the other tablespoon of peanut butter and the remainder of stevia until the peanut butter is very soft.
  5. Remove the mold from the fridge and portion a but of peanut butter on top of the chocolate. The peanut butter should be soft enough (almost liquid) to work with. Don’t worry if it sinks a bit.
  6. Pouring the remaining chocolate over top and sprinkle a few peanuts. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up before eating.
